RETURN POLICY
We will not entertain any return parcel without our prior notice or awareness. Make sure that the returned goods are unused, cleaned and retain the original packaging. Any use, scratched, damaged items are not acceptable for returns. (Please ensure the return items with the merchandise tag and with original packaging if have, if the returned goods have been damaged in any way, we will not accept for replacement.)
ORDER POLICY
Kindly take note that ORDER WILL BE ONLY CONFIRMED UPON PAYMENT WITHIN 24HRS.All orders will be cancelled without any further prior notification via emails or phone calls. Cancelled order will be not reinstated so if you would like to place order again, please place a new order and stock is subject to availability at the time of order. If you have made payment for your order and have not send us the payment detail within 24 hours thus resulting in your order being cancelled; we cannot reinstate it and please do the same - PLACE A NEW ORDER & STOCK IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF ORDER. Any extra payments made will be refunded if the goods not in stock anymore at the time you place a new order.

SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment notification received.
- All shipments will be processed from Monday - Friday (we avoid shipping on weekends and eve of Public Holidays to avoid lost shipment).
- Once goods are sent out, we will send you the tracking number.
- Kindly be informed that, all product prices published in our blog EXCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES.
- From the date of payment received, your goods will reach you in 2-4 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia & for East Malaysia).
